The company was established in Rome in February 1988, and since then the fundamental people present at its birth have never changed. During the years they made the natural company assessments and today the original three partners who found the company still have the Unirest in a joint formula. The establishment of the firm had the aim to put together the single partners different but complementary energies that made it a brotherhood more than an economic relation.
The technological, functional, innovating ideas each partner took out from previous working experiences have been the keystone that made it possible to develop in more than twenty years of continuous activity.

The first main sphere of interest of the Construction Company was originally about the restoration of artistic and historical buildings, monumental palaces and works of art, but then they started to build tourist buildings in the mountains, places particularly interesting from an environmental point of view.
The great initiative and will of putting into practice the single partners abilities, persuade them to realize remarkable property complexes with residences and flats, while, in mountain areas they realize tourist housing estate of great planning and building value. Each building is provided with the latest technological requirements, automation , energy conservation and people and things safety, all things which the Firm excels at, thanks to the real employment of technological innovations. During the planning phase the Building Company makes use of the same people who, as part of the staff, belong to the partnership firm; they meet together in an Architecture and Engineering Associate Technical Office and each of them, on the basis of his own competences, suggests ideas and projects to be analysed and accepted in a totally democratic way, as is the habit and the actual Know How of the Company itself.
